Some one asked me how can I get rid of STRETCH MARKS.
Stretch marks are associated with rapid growing(lt’s a great thing) and it’s because your diet lacks minerals and Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect against free radical damage. Free radicals breaks down collagen which can result in stretch marks. Another point is that your skin is not elastic enough; so, again diet can be helpful.
•Foods that have highest Vit. E are: Spinach, almonds, sunflower seeds, avocados, shrimp, olive oil, broccoli, kiwi (you can apply Vit. E oil on the skin as well)
•Foods that will give your skin elasticity: salmon(selenium), red meat(zinc), fruits&vegetables(Vit. C)
•Other ways that can help: University of Michigan research shows that prescribed Retin-A can help w/ stretch marks. Also, Glycolic Acid can increase collagen production which can be crucial to get rid of stretch marks.
